For this page, I want give my experiences to my reader all about furniture production.
For this case, began after down of purchase order.
Looking for Timber
When down of order, the craftsman usually looks for timber (good Quality) to execute these order.
Need more time about 3 days work to choose timber, need carefulness and experience when choosing time.
what is the problem ?
- Hole in the center of timber
- High of gupal (young timber) wood
- Accross fiber
- Putrid fiber
- A lot of wood eyes putrid
- Wood striped
What’s experiece who you have ?
To avoid thes problem, you have more than 2 years to study.
Okey, I’ll explain about how to avoid these problem.
- Hole, I must reasearch that the log is straight of size for set pole up
- Choose the log whom has soft skin
- See the cut of the timber, sel of log must be soft of pore
- Surface of the timber must be straight, not hole.
- Eyes putrid can see directly, so it’s easy
- See the cut of the timber, make sure that the cut is not spot.

Saw Timber
After find of the good timber, log must be sawn agree with the component requirement.
The craftsman must knows size of component carefully, before saw the timber.
Building on my reasearch, there is step before saw your timber :
1. Check and analysis your component size
2. Choose the good sawmill to avoid size corupt
3. Make sure that the saw result is not reverse current
4. Give the tips to the employee
5. Make sure that the sown machine move slowly
This step has many problem if you don’t understand what I want.

Kiln Dry
After saw the timber, the plank has requirement to dehydrated.
Need time about 7 days to dried the plank
Why ..?!?
Wood is easy to expand and decrease in size.
that the reason is change of size influences toward product construction and also crack of wood because the moisture not really dry.
For export or overseas market needs more than enough for drying goods.
Temperature of container and season of country is different.
It’s why….a lot of complain for this business.

Make Product can began
For 4th step, The craftsman has start to make product agree with the order.
For wooden furniture handmade product, carpenter’s skill is very needed.
beside that, to make a product needs many cooperation as follow :
1. To make carving, the product needs a professional carver
2. To make curved component, needs band sawing
3. To make a poster, needs crossawing
4. To assembling, needs a carpenter
What’s the tools needed ?
For Indoor product, needs semi machine and local tools
For Outdoor, needs full machine and local tools for help.
What’s the additional material ?
Glue (epoxy and alteco), scrub, nail, and metal (hinge, bolt, etc.)
For this step, the product is finish.
